About us

We are a small independent hot tub Company based in Exeter, Devon, with years of experience in repairing and servicing hot tubs. Company owner and and highly experienced hot tub technician, Alan, has worked in the industry since 2007. South West Spas can undertake any repairs or installations – Alan has used everything from cranes to helicopters to install hot tubs. South West Spas has built up a solid customer base in the region and has a good reputation with pool companies, who regularly pass on work they cannot do.

Although Alan now heads up a Company, he really enjoys meeting customers, repairing and servicing hot tubs – so he’s always out and about representing South West Spas.

We are not sales people and as such we can offer experienced, technical advice to customers who would like to purchase a hot tub. We are able to source a variety of hot tubs, so if you live in Devon or Somerset and you have a hot tub or you are interested in buying one, please don’t hesitate to call us.
